To host Landing Pages on your own domain in Organizer, you must connect a subdomain (for example, action.yourdomain.com or forms.yourdomain.com). You cannot use your root domain (yourdomain.com).
Step 1: Generate your NS Records in Organizer
Go to Account Management > Landing Page Domains and click New Domain.
Enter your full subdomain (e.g.,
action.yourdomain.com), then click Create.Organizer will generate a table containing four
NS(Nameserver) records. Leave this page open.
Step 2: Add the NS Records to your DNS Provider
Log into the platform where you manage your domain's DNS settings (e.g., Squarespace, GoDaddy, Namecheap).
Navigate to your DNS settings or Zone File and create four new individual DNS records.
For each record, configure the following:
Type: Select
NSorNameserver.Host / Name: Enter only your subdomain prefix (e.g., if your subdomain is
action.yourdomain.com, typeaction).Value / Data: Paste one of the four AWS addresses provided by Organizer (e.g.,
ns-1234.awsdns-56.org).
Save your changes.
Step 3: Confirm Propagation and Contact Support
Currently, finalizing your domain verification requires a manual update from our support team.
DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate across the internet.
You can check if your new records are live by entering your full subdomain into a free tool like Google Admin Toolbox Dig or NS Lookup.
Once you confirm your
NSrecords are visible, please submit a ticket to Support. We can also confirm the records for you instead. Our team will manually complete the verification of your domain and notify you as soon as your landing page domain is ready to use.
Troubleshooting
If your custom domain fails to show the correct NS records after 24 hours, the most likely explanation is that your DNS provider requires the full subdomain in the "Host" field rather than just the prefix. While most providers only want the prefix (action), some require the absolute hostname (action.yourdomain.com.). Check your specific provider's documentation on how they format subdomains.
