In this article, we will review our accountability tool to monitor Canvasser submissions. After launching an Effort, the screen shows Live Canvass Mode. To maintain data consistency and integrity, you cannot edit Turfs, assign or reassign Workers, or change the Survey. The lefthand panel displays the Contacts completed and a Worker by Worker breakdown of People and Attempts that update in real time.
|Shenanigans||Organizer uses GPS signals and geocoded locations to identify the location of a Worker at the time they submit a Survey. These worker activity indicators help detect fabricated Canvass Results. Note: GPS and 3G/4G/LTE must be enabled.||Green Check, Red Check, or Red Exclamation Point (See below)|
|Green Check||Worker device connectivity strong and the Survey was submitted within 1/8 mile of the Contact's address.|
|Red Check||Weak connectivity. GPS signal weak or absent.|
|Red Exclamation Point||Worker device connectivity strong and Worker did NOT submit Survey within 1/8 mile of the Contact's address.|
