This article will walk you through using "Submit a Request," which can be submitted through our Support Desk.
To get started select “Submit a Request."
Add the email address that you’d like us to respond to. As you fill out the subject line, auto suggested articles will populate that may help answer your question.
Continue filling out the description of the issue. Please be as descriptive as possible and include any of the following details:
- Platform: Did the issue occur on the Organizer app or on the management interface?
- Campaign Name and Campaign Code:
- Effort name and date
- Effort Type: Canvassing, Hotspot, PowerDialer
- Survey used and Question (if relevant)
- Description of the steps you took leading to the the issue and the outcome you had previously expected from those steps
After you complete the request form, select “Submit” to send your question to our support team.
After you receive a response from Organizer, you’ll be able to respond in two ways. One is by simply replying through your email, and the other is through creating a Zendesk user account and responding through Zendesk.
