Sending Emails and making Phone Calls through Organizer will result in charges. There is also a monthly charge for each of your active phone numbers.
When setting up an Effort, you will see the estimated cost to help you plan and budget better for your organization's goals; this estimate will be provided after you select a Community for the Effort.
Estimates provided during Outreach Effort creation are based on the number of Profiles within the selected Community multiplied by the cost of the chosen Outreach type. If you change the Community for an Effort, the estimate will recalculate.
Email billing estimates are calculated by multiplying the number of profiles in the selected Community by the cost per email send. The current rate for cost per email is $.002.
Phone Banking with Computer Dial
Computer Dial Phone Banking estimates are calculated by multiplying the number of profiles in the selected Community by the cost of average minutes per call, based on standards provided by our telephone service provider. The current rate for cost per call is $.05 per connected minute.
All calls that successfully connect will generate at least one minute. Charges round up to the next whole penny. A successful connection is defined as a call that either is answered or goes to voicemail.
- No ring at all = no charge (this would be disconnected numbers, fax machines, etc.)
- A ring with NO answer at all = no charge
- A ring with a human answer = minimum of 1 minute charged (with .05 being charged every minute after)
- A ring with a voicemail answer = minimum of 1 minute charged (with .05 being charged every minute after)
- No ring with a voicemail answer = minimum of 1 minute charged (ex here would be a cellphone that has no service and goes straight to VM without ringing)
Phone Numbers
For every phone number you purchase, there will be a monthly charge for as long as that phone number is active, even if there is no usage of the phone number. To eliminate the charge you will need to deactivate the number. The current monthly charge per phone number is $1.15 per month.
