Phone Bank Monitor allows you to see the live status of your Phone Bank Effort at a glance. The caller's name will appear in the Caller Details as soon as they make calls. You can also assess your contact rate by seeing the counts of attempts and contacts right at the top of the page.
Effort Overview
- Remaining in Queue: Total number of phone numbers/profiles that are still able to be called / total number of profiles at the start of the effort.
- Total Calls Attempted: Includes the total unique number of profiles that have been attempted or contacted.
- Total Contacted: Marked answered with a form/script submission.
- Caller Details lists all people who have made calls in this Effort.
- Contacted: Marked answered with a form/script submission.
- Total Attempted: Includes the total unique number of profiles that have been attempted or contacted.
- Phone Bank Call Details: When you select the caller, you can see a breakdown of each unique attempt by that caller, as well as Unique attempts, Total Attempts, and Contacted.
- You can see the call duration for computer dialed Efforts only.
- Personal dialed Efforts will display duration as 00:00.
- Result will display as CALLER NAME Marked RESULT for COMMUNITY MEMBER NAME.
