Navigating to the Help Center
You can access the Help Center within Organizer by clicking the question mark button in the upper-right. Or, you can follow this direct link: https://organizer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
How the Help Center is Organized
Articles in the Help Center are arranged into categories such as Getting Started, My Universe, and Support. You can see all categories by navigating to the Help Center home page. Click on each category to view the articles within that category.
Searching the Help Center
To search for articles, enter keywords in the search bar. Search results will show the category where each article is housed so that you can peruse the category for other relevant information.
Chat with a Support Agent or View Article Suggestions
Within the Help Center, you can chat with an agent or view article suggestions by clicking the Support button at the bottom right of the screen.
Within Organizer, you can chat with an agent or view article suggestions by clicking the help icon in the top header, and then selecting Get Help.
The chat window will open and you will have the following options:
- Select one of the suggested articles to read; these are based on your location in Organizer
- Enter a question in the “Type your question here” field to bring up article suggestions based on keywords
- Chat with a support agent by clicking Get in touch
You can read the full content of suggested articles directly within the chat window, or you can click the article link to read it directly in the Help Center.
