Sometimes Canvassing Efforts need to be changed after they have been launched. Admins and managers can make the following edits to active Efforts:
- Unassign and reassign Canvassers to different Turfs. This is helpful when Turfs include gated communities or when Canvassers complete Turfs faster than expected, for example. To make changes, click Edit Turfs and Canvassers on the Monitor page next to Turf Details.
- Change the Effort end date. Even when extending your Effort end date, we recommend limiting the Effort to two weeks. To make changes, click Edit on the Monitor page next to Date Range.
- Add Turfs by clicking Edit Turfs and Canvassers on the Monitor page next to Turf Details.
After a Canvassing Effort has been changed and relaunched, the relevant Canvassers will be notified on their mobile devices.
