Scripts in Organizer are designed to help guide volunteers through structured outreach conversations. Scripts in Organizer are vital for managing outreach campaigns, ensuring volunteers have a structured, efficient way to communicate with participants. With various question types and branching logic, Scripts offer flexibility while maintaining consistency
Within Outreach > Scripts, you will see a list of all Scripts made in your Organization. On this page you can see each Script’s name, description, creator, creation date, and status. The final column has an Action dropdown for each Script.
When the status of a Script is Draft, Admins and Managers are able to view, preview, edit, or delete the Script.
When the status is Published, you can view, preview, edit, duplicate or delete the script. Scripts used in active canvassing efforts can’t be edited until the active effort has ended.
When duplicating a script, make sure to give your new Script a name that differentiates it from the original Script you duplicated.
