Users must respond within 72 hours to the access link in the emailed invitation. If that access link has expired, users must contact their Organization’s Admin and request a new invitation.
If you have permission to add new users, you can resend invitations. By default, only Managers and Admins can do this, but organizations can set up custom roles with these permissions.
To resend an access email, follow these steps:
- Within Organizer's Account Management section, click on Users and sort the Status column to show you a list of users whose status is Pending.
- Click Actions > Resend Invite for each user who needs to receive the access email again. Note that this option will show only for users whose status is Pending.
- A popup will confirm that you re-sent the invitations.
- Those users will have 72 hours to respond to the invitation.
