Analytics helps you visualize data and derive insights from profiles in your universe and outreach interactions. Leverage these insights to drive data-informed decisions and refine your outreach strategy for maximum impact. Toggle between the Profiles and Outreach tabs to explore targeted data sets and visualizations. If you do not yet have Analytics in your Organizer menu and you are interested in using this feature, please let your partnerships success manager know.
Profiles Tab
The Profiles tab provides a high-level overview of all profiles in your universe, displaying toplines and summary data, score distribution, civic attributes, and demographics. Key features include:
- Topline Counts: View summary data on all of the profiles in your universe.
- Filters: Refine results by Community to tailor the displayed information for a segment or list. When selecting a segment to view, you will be alerted with a warning symbol if a segment contains unsupported data
. You can also filter using a model score to view the distribution of a specific scores.
- Charts: View and export detailed civic attribute charts, such as Voter Status and Registered Party, and demographic charts, such as age and gender.
Outreach Tab
The Outreach tab presents a summary of your outreach activities, enabling you to track engagement and success metrics across your efforts. Key features include:
- Topline Metrics: View summary data across phone and canvassing outreach, including number of unique profiles and attempts.
- Filters: Narrow results by outreach type and date range (defaulted to the past 5 years) to focus on specific campaigns or timeframes. Optional ability to filter by specific outreach effort.
- Charts: View and export charts such as Outreach Activity and Unique Profiles with Outreach Activity to understand engagement trends.
