These scores expand your ability to prioritize by issue alignment, ideology, and demographic information—and to do so with models built on the most current data available. This article provides an overview of the updates and recommended next steps. This article was last updated on June 2, 2026 and will continue to be updated as we release new and refreshed scores this year.

Next Steps
Review your list of segments in Communities to determine if you have any segments that need to be rebuilt with new scores. You can view the filter criteria for your segment by selecting the name from the list of segments and then View Filters.
Starting on March 31, you will now be alerted if a segment contains “unsupported filters” when you view your segments and when you open active outreach efforts. And, you will now be able to duplicate a segment with unsupported filters allowing for easier swapping old filters with new filters that are supported. Please note if you duplicate a segment with unsupported filters, you’ll have to add new filters or remove the empty placeholder before saving or applying your changes.
If you are no longer using the segment with unsupported data, you can delete the segment using the Actions menu.
If you are trying to preserve old data prior to a score being removed, you can turn the segment into a static list. For segments that you want to convert to a list, select Actions and Save as New List. Saving your segment as a list will create a static list of profiles that fit the filters used for the segment.
