How do I sign in?
You can select the option to Sign In from the upper right corner or access one of the articles linked above.
You’ll be prompted to include your email address and password. Please click on the “forgot password” option if you need help with your password.
How do I create an account?
If you had not previously set up an account, select the Sign In link in the upper right corner. Then select the last option to Sign Up for an account which starts the account set up process.
You'll be prompted to include your name and an email for your account. Once you submit your name and email, you'll receive an email message to activate your account and create a password.
How do I know if I’m signed in?
When you’re signed into the Help Center, your name appears in the upper right corner. If the option to “sign in” is in the upper right corner, then you are not yet signed in.
What will be different when I sign in?
When you are signed into the Help Center, you will be able to view articles which require sign-in. When you search for articles in the Help Center, your list of results will include articles which require sign-in.
