The All Profiles page has two tabs: the Overview tab and the Profiles tab.
- The Overview tab of All Profiles displays topline information about the contact, civic, and demographics data for the profiles in your organization. Within this tab, you can Create a Community (List/Segment).
- The Profiles tab of All Profiles displays topline information for a sample of 500 Profiles in your organization. Within this tab, you can Create a Community (List/Segment), Search for a Profile*, or click into an individual profile.
Within an individual profile in the Profiles tab of All Profiles** you can perform the following actions:
- Add the profile to an existing list using the Add to List button.
- View topline information about Outreach Activity, Personal Details, and Civic information in the individual profile’s Overview tab.
- View detailed information in the individual profile's Demographics, Contact, District, Civic, Outreach Activity, Custom, and Scores tabs.
- Make direct Profile updates using Forms or Scripts.
You can also access and share organization-specific, profile specific URLs for each Profile.
*The profile tab shows a preview of only 500 profiles, but when you conduct a search the results come from all of the profiles in your organization.
**You can click into individual profiles in two places: within the Profiles tab of All Profiles or within a List or Segment on the Communities page.
