When you want to search for a profile you have two options:
- To search for a profile within your organization, navigate to My Universe > All Profiles and switch from the Overview tab to the Profiles tab, then enter a search term in the search field. The Profiles tab will show you a preview of only 500 profiles, but when you conduct a search, the results will come from all of the profiles in your organization.
- To search for a profile within a specific Community, navigate to My Universe > Communities and select the Community (either a Segment or List), switch from the Overview tab to the Profiles tab, then enter a search term in the search field.
You can search by:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Profile ID - must be exact match
- External ID - must be exact match
Note: Users within the same organization can access and share organization-specific web links for each Profile.
