Each profile can have two preferred phone numbers, one for calling and one for texting. Organizer’s profile logic determines these as follows:
- Calling: The “best calling number” is the most recent phone number (of any phone type) with Usability = Usable or Unknown and Contact Consent ≠ Opt Out.
- Texting: The “best texting number” is the most recent mobile number with Usability = Usable and Contact Consent = Opt-in.
These preferred numbers are what are displayed in the profile, exported, used during phone banking efforts.
