There are two ways to log in to the mobile app for Canvassing. Which one you will use depends on how your Canvassing admin set up the Effort. Follow the instructions you’ve received from your Canvassing admin, and make sure you have an internet connection when first accessing the app.
Option 1 - Username and Password
Log in to the app using the credentials from your Organizer account. (This is the account information you had set up when you received your “Welcome to Organizer!” email.)
Option 2 - Passphrase
Log in to the app with the passphrase your Canvassing admin provided to you, and then enter your first and last name. You have the option to add your phone number as well.
