Within individual Profiles, you can use a Script to make direct updates. To do so, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Profiles tab of All Profiles and locate the Profile you’d like to update, then click into it.
- Click Fill Out Script. The published Scripts that are available for this individual will show.
- Select the appropriate Script, fill it out, and submit it.
The data you just entered via the Script will process in about a minute, and then you will be able to view it in that profile. The profile will be updated with Profile Questions displayed in the Demographics and Contact tabs and Custom Attributes on the Custom tab. Note that when viewing the Outreach Tab, the script activity will display; however, there will be no information displayed for Profile Questions or Custom Attribute questions in the script.
