Workspaces is currently in a Beta testing program, and Workspaces is not widely available to all Organizer accounts. If you are interested in participating in the Beta testing program, please contact your Partnerships Success Manager.
For Organizer Account users who are members of multiple teams or organizations, you’ll be able to switch between workspace views. For more about Workspaces in Organizer, please access the Workspaces Overview.
For reference, the Organization and Workspaces name are listed in the upper left corner. We suggest double checking your workspace before creating or editing shared items. If you accidentally create them in the wrong workspace, they will need to be re-created in the correct workspace. And for items intended to be shared with multiple workspaces, these will need to be created from the top-level view without selecting a workspace.
Workspace level permissions are shared across any open tabs in your web browser. So if you have multiple tabs open at the top organization level and open a workspace in another tab, all of the open tabs will operate moving forward with the most recent workspace permissions (although the workspace location may not change). To avoid the confusion this can cause, we suggest using a different web browser or an incognito/private window to work at a different workspace level. For example, you could open your account at a top level view in Google Chrome and you could open an incognito window and navigate to a workspace to work at the workspace level.
Switching Workspaces
To switch your workspace, select Switch Workspaces
Select a different Workspace or Switch to the Top-Level for a view of the whole account.
If you are a member of accounts, you’ll be able to switch organizations next to the account name.
