You can import (i.e., upload) external data to your Organizer account in the form of CSV files. You can import two types of data: profile data about individuals and data from outreach efforts such as a phone bank or text message bank.
Importing Profile Data
In each CSV file you use to import data, each row (“record”) in the sheet should represent a person (“profile”), and each column should represent a data field associated with that person/profile.
As part of the import process, Organizer will attempt to match your imported data with the relevant profiles in your Organizer Universe based on Profile ID, first and last name, email, phone number, and address. Organizer will also provide mapping suggestions, which you can accept or dismiss. By matching your organization's data to the Atlas by Murmuration data in your account whenever possible, Organizer gives you a comprehensive view of the individuals in your community, which can help you better plan and execute your outreach efforts.
